So....yesterday Rylee and I decided to go out in the backyard and make a "snowman." We had trouble finding just the right snow..it was either too fluffy, or too hard. We had a lot of snow drifts in the yard from the storm we had last Wednesday. Extreme snow and wind knocked out our power from 4pm to 3am. It was an interesting time. We lit our candles and ate cereal for dinner. We played card games and thought up silly dance routines. It started to get a little cold so we went to bed with extra blankets. We were taking batteries out of the kids' toys so we could power our flashlights. The storm definately made us take notice of the things we may need in case of emergency. Back to the snowman, Rylee and I had fun together making our little buddy. We decided to name him "Roger-Roger."
