NOw that it's mid January!!

Christmas at the Kohler house was good this year. Nothing too fancy, we didn't waste money on buying the kids toys that they would never play with (as we have done every year before). Santa was kind enough this year to bring us a present that the WHOLE family could enjoy...a Wii! The kids have had a blast playing it! It has even given me a pretty darn good upper body workout and has significantly improved my golf game (if only golf was as easy in real life as it is on the wii!) Here are a few pics to enjoy!
Finn enjoyed eating the leftover cookies that Santa didn't eat!

I wanted these Hulk Gloves and we got 3 sets! They are great stress relief :)

Grandma Aleda and Gary got Mya this storm trooper helmet!

This is definately one of Finn's favorite toys! Thanks Grandma Ter and Shaulynne!
Every year the Kohlers get together after Thanksgiving or before Christmas and they make gingerbread houses. Usually Uncle Matt and Aunt Kima make the gingerbread and everyone else brings candy...there is a TON of candy! It is so much fun and I look foward to this tradition every year. This year, because of Ryans dads health, we were unable to get together to do it this year. Well, I joked with Matt saying that I still wanted to make the houses and that he should bring me some gingerbread because I was too lazy to make it :) Well, that is exactly what he did! All the way from Tremonten, we got our gingerbread and it was even already shaped for us! I Have to give credit to his sweet wife Kima too since more than likely she is the one who made it and Matt drove it down..either way, I am very greatful for my sweet in-laws. Here are some pics of the girls making their gingerbread houses!
